Flynn Again

Flynn Again

I get asked a lot of questions about Flynn. If your not sure what I'm talking about check out what happened to me a while back. And of course after you read that you gotta read about when I went back again. I left the camera on 1600 ISO because I wasn't planning on a photo opportunity. I took all the shots on burst mode...and free handed at that.... Flynn's a cool guy...he made me a better photographer.....and at 1600 ISO - he gets a crisp white shirt!
Camera: Canon EOS 20D (Canon)
Focal Length: 40 mm
Exposure: 1/8000 sec
Aperture: f 4
ISO: 1600

  • I won't have had the courage to take pictures in a sitiation like that I certainly would have not gone back there. As for the cops if the same situation had been in India and he had called the cops, they would have come and even if I was not doing anything illegal they would have harassed me to get some money out of me.

  • I'm sure, I would have been just a little scared if somebody started yelling at me for taking "legal" pictures. I would have explained my side of the story, but I wouldn't have had the guts to snap a photo of an angry person.

  • Wow, I just read the whole story. Hail to the king, baby. Ash, you're one tough bastard.

The photos make the whole story even better.

  • love the shots, love the story that goes with them. It boggles me that someone can get so upset of taking photos from a public area. Who does he think he is to stop you? I'm glad you didn't let him intimidate you....we all should learn from this experience.

  • An interesting experience Ash. I wonder what he has to hide/defend from your camera :-)
