What It's Like

So I went to the Jazz Festival/Chili Cookoff this past Saturday in Columbia. Took as many shots as I could possible find until I ended up running into some friends of mine.... I never caught the name of the woman that was performing in this shot. She was definitely a good blues singer, though I know the couple looks a little lifeless in the shot....that'll change on my next posting.... maybe i went a little overboard on the processing....but i've been processing 'sound photos' all weekend so i had to go to an extreme.....the EXIF data is for only the left shot.... UPDATE

decided to remove the right image and reprocess the image on the left.....the more i looked at it...the more i didn't like it....
Camera: Canon EOS 20D (Canon)
Focal Length: 50 mm
Exposure: 1/800 sec
Aperture: f 3.5
ISO: 100

  • I like the "association" of those 2 photos.
The processing is ok for me, the picture on the left looks like a motage, like the false perspective shots. The only thing that bother me is the background on the right shot, it make the photo harder to read.

  • I saw the previous image this morning....I like what you did here much better...although I did like what you had before. The singer's wig was priceless ;)
